Devonport 812 is a 1989 Mitsubishi Type 3 Appliance (Urban Heavy Pump) and was assembled by Lowes Industries of Lower Hutt. It's powered by a 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel engine through a 4 speed automatic transmission.
